Unpermitted roadworks problem

Customer reports that the diversionary route at the location, which is directing traffic through Weston-Sub-Edge is unsuitable for the large lorries/LGVs that are using it; there is a weight restriction on this road. Multiple concerns have been raised by local residents. Please can another route be considered asap.
