Light sensor is not detecting vehicles problem

FixMyStreet ref: 7729398.
Customer asking if the closure signage on the junction can be looked at, as it is obstructing the view when exiting the closure (coming out onto Gloucester Road) so vehicles have to creep out onto the main road to see around the signs. Customer was in a minor RTC this afternoon at location.
