Post or sign leaning slightly (less than 20 degrees) problem

‘Rohan’ on 1 Digbeth street, Stow on the Wold. Sometime during the last few weeks the ‘PARKING SIGN’ below was erected on the lamppost adjoining my property.
I have absolutely no issue with the small parking sign being there. However, prior to the parking sign that was erected over the last few weeks was my shop sign. This has been taken down and removed to make way for the new parking sign.
I would like to know why my sign was moved ? Why I was not consulted ? And more importantly I would like my sign back, Whoever put this sign up has taken mine down and removed it (stolen it).

Should the issue pose an immediate danger to public safety such as:-
•Objects on the highway network (i.e. a fallen tree)
•Faulty temporary or permanent traffic lights (i.e. stuck on red)

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.

It does not currently meet our criteria for an urgent repair but we will monitor the issue in our routine inspections.
