Tree is damaged problem

FixMyStreet ref: 7672285.
GCC drainage full of roots, discoved this when they had they went to have the clay piping changed, Initially customer thought part of the issue was due to the over filling of the water butt. customers advises contractors said to call GCC before conducting any further works. asked for call and site visit to show issue please

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
An update on the issue will be provided.

It does not currently meet our criteria for an urgent repair but we will monitor the issue in our routine inspections.
