Tree is damaged problem

Subject: Gere close, trees.
I sent this email to the council but they informed me I need to send it to yourself. I will forward pictures I have taken regarding this matter.
Do you think you could come to Gere close and do something with the trees that are hanging over the road. When my son reverses off our drive the top of his vehicle is just getting scratched from all the branches hanging over. If they hang over much more they will be doing the same to my car. I can forward you pictures I have taken.

Work to repair this issue has been planned and will take place as soon as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
