Following resurfacing in Upton Lane the FIRE Hydrant opposite Days Cottage has been covered over.

Previously reported on two occasions. Fire Hydrants still not available. It is an offence to knowingly obstruct access to a FIRE HYDRANT. As you have been made aware of the issue and failed to take action please provide me with the name of the person who is to be prosecuted! Or solve the problem.
