Tree too close to my house, aphids, blocking sun light to my rooms

This tree is too close to my house roots gravitate toward water and will grow into them and will ruin underground system like plumbing, power etc. Aphids on that tree driping sap on my front garden and my plants. Blocking sun light in my rooms they are very dark. Please remove this tree.
