Unpermitted roadworks problem

Hello,
Virgin media has not been able to install my internet service since the 17th February because the duct under the pavement is blocked.
They told me they raised a request for a permit to complete the repair work outside 61 Chivenor Way.
Would you be able to confirm that a request has been raised and of so, how long will it take to be approved?
My family and I have not had any internet at home since mid-February.
Your assistance will be immensely appreciated.
