Lamppost outside "Hill Head", 33 Greet Road, Winchcombe, Cheltenham, GL54 5JT, has been flattened. I recently reported this issue to the Glos Highways emergency line - but thought you might like to see a photo. The lamppost may have been demolished by a trailer that has become detached from a vehicle - there are no skid marks in the road, but there are score marks in the pavement.
