Drains/stream
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6961754.
I am 72 and i continually clean the drains outside my property to avoid the drains becoming blocked .
I was cleaning them at the weekend at 4am in the morning due to the heavy rain overnight.
Is it possible please to have a furthur drain added to help with the water running off the road from the field behind .And either a larger drain or a second one across the road bey the OLd Coach
Also the stream behind Guidings Way that runs through the field hasn’t been maintained in years and I believe this is adding to the problem. The water is almost up to the top of my wellingtons and I am sure with additional drains and maintenance of the field the problem could be reduced a great deal.

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
