Outside 2 Estcourt Close, Gloucester there has been barriers protecting cars from defective kerb stones. These kerb stones were originally displaced by a tree which has been removed and a new tree planted. The barriers have been in place for many months if not years and no work has taken place to put in new kerb stones. this is not only an eye sore but causes obstruction not allowing 2 vehicles to pass,.Can this work be carried out as soon as possible.?
