Loose/rattling cover/ironwork problem

Customer has called and says the recent repair has taken place and is satisfactory (job 42553266). They do still have concerns that this is still expelling lots of water onto the road and this repair will not last very long unless the silt drain is sorted, there is also blocked drains down the road. Advised AHR can update on situation.
If the issue is still ongoing, you can make a new report in the same location.
