Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6720911.

Why is the council so insensitive to the volume of traffic on this road and the emissions as a result of congestion caused by road works. Can we work faster , overnight and ease the congestion. Obviously you are saving money but we are paying by wasting fuel & time. Who is responsible for this mess???
