Path in need of attention. Several trees have fallen across the path. It is not totally obstructed but you have to bend double in places to get through and the trees are likely to drop further as they rot.

Following the Miry Brook west from Newmarket continue along the stream and take a right fork after the end of the site of the old millpond and the small wooden bridge.

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
An update on the issue will be provided.
