No sign to use pedestrian underpass

GL51 Wasley Road unofficial crossing across Gloucester Road to Benhall side to access pub The National Hunt, no sign to use nearby underpass which clearly has been missed off the highways maintenance schedule, no hand rail, filthy, no lights, steps have weeds growing out of them, people will not use at night.
