Red light is out

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6613901.

When approaching J9 from Tewkesbury the right hand red light is out. This makes it possible to believe that the traffic lights are not in service at all which could lead to a dangerous situation. This has been the case for at least 2 weeks.
