Blocking visibility on road/junction (Grass/verge) problem
FixMyStreet ref: 6570466.
Severn Trent done some drain repair, outside number 17/15 Highfield road Saintbridge Gloucester. I reported to them on the 30th of September, that the pavement and grass verge have sunken badly. An accident is waiting to happen. They gave me a reference ( 2006738733).
I was told someone would be out within 4hrs. No-one came. Today I called again they apologised and said the job wasn't raised. Today they said they can't get anyone out till next week. I am so worried someone is going to have a fall.

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
