Traffic lights times

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6561849.

Not a fault as such but due to nearby bridge closure there is traffic build up going road to another road causing blocks... Bit much times for many cars to get out the light coming out needs more time on green while the bridge work is happening.
