Surface is damaged problem
Reported in the Surface is damaged category by Gloucestershire County Council at 19:12, Mon 23 September 2024
FixMyStreet ref: 6538566.
Good Afternoon,
As the nights are drawing in - I have noticed how dangerous the public footpath parallel to Seven Banks School has the potential to be.
The public footpath runs past the school onto Naas Lane joining it to the Redrow estate.
Walking up this lane it is completely pitch black and as a lone female who uses this lane regularly I dread winter as the potential for crime is high and I feel very vulnerable even walking with my dog as I constantly have to turn around to check I am not being followed.
Is there any possibility to provide lighting down this footpath especially as a lot of young children, and mothers will be using this lane in the coming months.
Kind regards,
Beth Coleman
