Loose/rattling cover/ironwork problem

Flooding to property due to heavy rain !!!. Every time we have heavy rain our road fills up and flows onto our driveway up to our front door !. I believe the three gullies we have in Troughton Place are totally inadequate for our weather conditions !. We are living at the lowest point in area are most at risk and its just not fair . My neighbours and I have many many pictures of this problem that we have suffered over the years and just must say the gullies are cleaned out regularly so no blockage there. Any help appreciated.

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
