Regular autumn, winter and spring flooding and standing water
Reported via mobile in the Problem with drainage category anonymously at 09:22, Thu 26 September 2024
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6517709.
This is a well used path between Shaw Green Lane and Prestbury church and village that is regularly made impassable other than in wellington boots for large periods of the year owing to deep standing water immediately after and just beyond the gate leading into the field. The path is used by dog walkers and many others accessing the church local amentities. It could be greatly improved by the landowner by building up the ground in the low points to displace the water and allow a reasonably dry gravel surface to enter the field.
