A tree surgeon has recently alerted us to an ash tree that is in a dangerous condition. His assessment is that the tree has ash dieback and a branch overhanging a public footpath is in dander of falling and injuring a member of the public. the tree is located at th far end of sandy lane on the right hand side before the road becomes a track . The tree is at the junction of Sandy Lane and the access driveway to Southfild Manor Park. the tree is not on our land, we believe it is on council land.
