Temp fraffic lighs at Oxstalls Lane/ Cheltenham Rd junction

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6503819.

Please look again at the timing . The current timing is creating long tailbacks at the Estcourt Rd roundabout. This is not just a rush hour issue : It has just taken me more than 15 minutes to get from the Estcourt Rd. roundabout to the temp lights due to the volume of traffic trying to get on to the B4063.
