TTLs on green for 2 directions at the same time

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6479627.

TTLs at the top of Paynes Pitch are on green for traffic from Hucclecote and traffic from Drews Court at the same time. There is no indication that this is happening and I was nearly knocked off my bike proceeding on a green light, unaware that traffic would be approaching from the other direction as well.
