Extremely loud bang every time a vehicle drives over the drain cover. No way on earth this has been inspected!!!! The only explanation is that the wrong drain was assessed. Please address this as a matter of urgency!!
Reported via desktop in the Loose/rattling cover/ironwork category anonymously at 11:28, Monday 16 September 2024
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6476396.
It is ridiculous to email me and inform me that this has been inspected. There is no way anyone in their right mind could stand for longer than a minute and not hear the bang from this drain cover.
There are two drains next to each other outside of the property 111 Winchcombe st, only one is making a noise. It needs addressing ASAP please.
This is causing significant disturbance to my family.
