Speed hump damage to vehicles

Hi Highways
Its located opposite 26 Campion Park Up Hatherley Cheltenham.
Highways act says that speed humps on public roads should not exceed 100mm in height and slope of not more than 1 in 10 (6 degrees)
This hump exceeds both and the front of my A Class Merc (factory specification so not lowered) hits at the front even at a very slow crawl. I have to cross the hump diagonally. I’ve seen other vehicles hit at the front or rear with low slung towbar assemblies.
This issue was raised many years ago when these humps were constructed but not followed up.
There are two humps of similar construction at the entrance to Campion Park which I traverse without any problem.
I’ve never encountered this problem anywhere else in extensive driving here and in France and Switzerland, even the notorious Caernarvon Road.
It looks like the bricks on the slope of the offending hump have been thumped flatter over the years increasing the slope gradient and causing certain vehicle fronts to dip into the top of the hump. So notwithstanding the possible height exceedance it looks like simply sorting the bashed bricks and flattening the gradient a bit should do the trick.
