The sign is illegible problem

Email received 11/09/2024 - copy attached. Customer reports that the signs they have at the entrance to the location are only seen at the very last minute due to the hedges, trees and the slight bend in the road. New clients regularly miss the turning as it is not clear for them to see. They query if there is an option for them to have a sign adjacent to their driveway.

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
An update on the issue will be provided.
