Loose metal cover
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6460074.
I am unable to place the pin on the actual location as it did not recognise it as a road in your system. This is outside 54 Bluebell Road NOT where the pin is showing the location as. Apparently this has been inspected, it sounds like a gunshot every time a car drives over it so I don’t think the right cover has been inspected.
