Tree is damaged problem
FixMyStreet ref: 6457985.
There has been a branch break off the willow tree opposite our house (on Highways Land). This branch is causing a nuisance to traffic passing (risk of damage to vehicles) as well as other branches interfering with higher sided vehicles and the overhead cable lines.
This willow has grown particularly strongly this summer with about 1.0+ of growth.
It would be very helpful if someone could inspect and deal with this with some urgency.

•Objects on the highway network (i.e. a fallen tree)
•Faulty temporary or permanent traffic lights (i.e. stuck on red)
•Exposed cables

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
