Light sensor is not detecting vehicles problem

Reported in the Light sensor is not detecting vehicles category by Gloucestershire County Council at 13:27, Tue 10 September 2024

FixMyStreet ref: 6457640.

Email received 09/09/2024 - copy attached. Customer requests that the sequencing of the TS at the location is checked as a matter of urgency. They report that for the last few days the traffic on Cheltenham Road East has been progressing very slowly - more so than for the effects of the current overnight tarmac resurfacing. They suggest that congestion may be the catalyst at certain times, but it appears to be worse in general.
