Barriers up for almost six months, closing our entrance to basement and stopping scheduled renovation work
Reported via desktop in the A pothole in pavement category anonymously at 10:58, Monday 9 September 2024
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6452044.
Between No. 24 and No. 26 Albert Place We cannot access our basement steps and are not able to continue necessary restoration work because of the barriers. Pothole is probably due to water ingress under the pavement which has also damaged our wall which is bulging and urgently needs repair. The barriers are also causing people having to get off the pavement and walk on the street, putting them in danger, especially when using prams or wheelchairs.
