B4063 Hare and Hounds -Traffic light sequence causing huge traffic delays

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6445343.

Traffic lights at Hare and Hounds on B4063 now 4 way and causing chaos. Cars coming from Elmbridge Court Roundabout are queuing from the roundabout in rush hour, all the way to the H&H lights as the sequence of lights limits how many cars can through on green. Please can a review of these lights take place. They used to be 2 way. Today it was noted the traffic was jamming on the Elmbridge Court Roundabout causing chaos to cars trying to enter the roundabout to get onto B4063.
