Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6440801.

The lamppost is located in Belle Vue Road, Stroud by the steps which lead up from Belle Vue Close to Belle Vue Road. The trees which are blocking the light are in the rear garden of no.5 Belle Vue Close which is a property owned by Bromford Housing - a housing association.
