Crossing audible sound too loud/soft problem

FixMyStreet ref: 6438514.

Customer reports that the pedestrian crossing/lights are not working at the location, which is a safety issue for students who are constantly using it. They advise that engineers have already been on site, but have left. Having talked to them, the caller states that they had been attempting to contact their management as there was an issue, but were unable to get through to them and left without reactivating the lights.

    •Faulty temporary or permanent traffic lights (i.e. stuck on red)
    •Exposed cables
