Possible illegal self-made road markings and parking tickets
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6436176.
Someone has painted double yellow lines along parts of Chase Lane in Gloucester GL4 6PH. They are then attaching stickers to car windows quoting that the vehicle will be removed. I'm not sure as to the status of this road as it is within Chase Lane industrial estate, but as the road runs up to a social club at the end, and also that I have seen DVSA clamps on untaxed cars at the location in the past, I imagine it is still part of the highway. If so I can't see how this behaviour is legal (presumably by the landowners of the industrial estate?)

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
