With school starting again this week please can you look into removing these or working out the timings on the lights so they don't cause a 35 to 40 minute wait on a Lane that should take no more than 5 minutes to drive down. Thank you

There are lights at the top of Paynes Pitch on Hucclecote Lane that are currently causing huge traffic issues with queues going all the way back into Hucclecote.
