Tree is damaged problem

footway tarmac works are taking place outside property, retarmacing over the footway due to tree roots, asking if the drive way area should have been tended to as well as one long tarmac patch, dip in the paving, catching the cars, not sure if this is tree related. now there are two tarmaced areas, ans customers section paving left. 2nd ponit was if she could speak to an expert please. tree roots are really high and she is now getting cracks in house . ussure if this is being caused by the surrounding trees

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
