Long grass I reported has been cut wrongly!

I reported long grass was stopping visibility but you have come and cut half the grass and the wrong half! so the problem is when you are turning right from the A429 onto the A424 you have the traffic coming down the hill form Stow very fast, Yo uhav etc give way here and you cannot see the traffic coming down the hill. You have cut part of the triangle but not the bit where as you are turning right you look left - all the long grass is still there!! why you didn't;t just cut the whole triangle that is not that big I don;t know!! This needs to be done URGENTLY as there will be an accident. It is so dangerous. You sent me an email saying it has been done - it hasn't - please reopen.

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
