This drain and the next one down Station road are blocked
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6363205.
These drains in Church road and Station road have been blocked for several years. I spoke to some workers a few weeks ago who looked like they were going to clear the drain, but they failed. I don't know if they reported the issue back.

We will investigate the issue. If additional clearance work is needed, the local highways team will prioritise the most urgent reports. Where possible, maintenance tasks will be grouped together in a schedule for efficiency.
Sometimes during periods of heavy rain, even a clear gully can be overwhelmed. Usually the water will drain away within an hour.
