Temporary Traffic lights not phased properly

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6323756.

Hi the temporary traffic lights on the Evesham Rd, Cheltenham roadworks are not phased correctly. This is between the Racecourse roundabout and Pittville Park. The lights are not changing to green for long enough each way and the gap in between light changes is not long enough either. This is causing large tailbacks. Thanks
