Timing of traffic lights is causing major tailbacks. Lights change when there is nothing coming from left or right. Needs to be monitored and adjusted to allow the flow of traffic to continue. Exacerbated by the closure of Manor Road and extra traffic. Already reported several times but nothing has changed.
