Manhole cover damaged and raised

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6290039.
This is right outside my driveway on Wellesley road Cheltenham. Earlier today there were workmen connect to a internet provider outside they removed the cover and have no put it back properly and have damaged it too , the edge is metal and sharp and myself and family members park on the driveway I am concerned it will damage our tyres and also others using the lane .

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
An update on the issue will be provided.
