Light sensor is not detecting vehicles problem

Reported via Open311 in the Light sensor is not detecting vehicles category by Gloucestershire County Council at 13:20, Monday 29 July 2024

FixMyStreet ref: 6288969.

We waited in a queue of traffic along Wyman's Lane and, when we finally reached the traffic lights at the Safestore junction on Kingsditch Lane, the green light allowed three cars across before changing back to red. There were no cars waiting to turn into the Safestore road, nor any cars waiting to turn out of that road. There were no pedestrians at the crossing either.

There has been traffic congestion along Wyman's Lane and Kingsditch Lane for some time now, could the timings of these traffic lights be the cause?

Kind regards
