Second noisy cover in Alma Road
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council 2 hours, 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6284193.
This is the second cover, outside No42 Alma Road, not the one that has been reported for many months. Both covers rattle very loudly when a vehicle passes over them, and are a very serious noise nuisance to the residents. I am reporting this second cover now, in the hope that it can be repaired at the same time as the cover by No51, before it gets as loud.

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.

It does not currently meet our criteria for an urgent repair but we will monitor the issue in our routine inspections.
