Over hanging Tree is getting rather out of hand. The lady living in this house has medical problems and the tree is encroaching on her property has you can see. I don't know who's problem this is but hopefully you can help.

In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
