Traffic lights are taking too long to change

These lights have been causing issues for a long time as they are taking far too long to change stopping the flow of traffic massively, which is leading to backup of traffic all the way down PE Way. It's becoming dangerous as people are trying to speed through the lights. please can these be changed asap
