The bollard does not sit in the hole and can be removed making dangerous

The bollard was not in the location hole at 11pm on Friday 28th June - The pathway is not well lit and whilst walking along the path my leg went down the hole. I returned the next morning and took photos as the bollard adjacent to the hole, and I tried to put the bollard in but it wouldn't locate properly, making it removable and a dangerous hazard.

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
