23cm deep x 2 ft - customer has hit a pothole and has damaged the run flat tyre. They have described the pothole but unsure of the location. They are going to email images and /// location. Ref and email given and await location details for SI.

Thank you for reporting a pothole.
First, a safety inspector will visit the location to assess whether a repair needs to be completed and plan the work needed. Works are prioritised based on the urgency of the situation. The council aim to repair all significant potholes (more than 4cm deep and 30cm wide) within 28 days.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
