Berkeley scout hut pathway Parkview play area, Berkeley Glos GL139TB Foot path /style leading to jumpers Lane Berkeley when attempting to use the stile residents of the house closest to stile were very abusive and pointed out that the footpath was round the outside of the fence … since checking your website this is not the case and the footpath runs through this land I understand this is private land however the map clearly shows a footpath going directly through this with the right to roam, these residents are deliberately obstructing the pathway, & covering the stile & diverting walkers around the out side of their properties they have also taken down all signage to show where the footpath is! The bank walkers are being diverted to is unstable and the residents have over hanging bushes that hang over the fence which forces walkers to edge very close to the river which is uneven & very hard to see the bank edge and is dangerous. It only a mater of time before some one falls in the river here! Please investigate & maintain the grass around this stile & reinstate the signage which has been taken away !
