Light timings are not appropriate

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6014767.

The temporary traffic lights are not set up correctly. This is causing delays going northbound meaning traffic is queued back along Eastern Avenue. This is then causing problems at the roundabout at Barton Street/Painswick Road.
